Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking the payment of the activity must be made. In case the client cancels a reservation, he/she will only be 100% refunded if canceled within 48h hours of the activity.
No shows or cancellations, after the 48 horas period– no refund (except when, dead or sickness of the passenger and/or a family member – with a proof of a medical document and airline cancellation due to strikes or weather conditions).
Azores Retreat reserves the right to change or cancel all activities anytime that we consider that security issues and / or reasons beyond the company, such as meteorological issues.
